Our house originally had aluminum siding and we decided to replace it with steel siding. We needed to work with our insurance company and ABC Seamless helped us navigate through this process. We had the front of our house redone from cedar to steel by ABC many years ago. Noticed 5 vertical beams have slipped down over time because they weren't bolted in at the bottom. We needed a small roofing repair due to water damage around our chimney. The roofer said they would have to remove the siding from the chimney and it would be ruined and not put back up. We called ABC who had put on the siding years ago. They were able to get Austin out to our house the same day with no notice to remove the siding so the roofer could do his repairs. He then came back the next morning and replaced the same siding and it looks great! That saved us the expense of buying new siding and a more expensive repair. Sometimes when friends get a project done, you ask them "how was the contractor - would you recommend them?" The answer often starts with a long pause and a "well....". So it is refreshing to be able to say without a pause that ABC was fantastic, the best, and that if we were to turn back the clock to re-decide, we would hire them again in a heartbeat. The guys worked every day on our house; they were not distracted by multiple jobs going on at the same time. They are not contractors and have worked with the company for awhile which means something. Also, the crew seemed to get along great with each other. They were personable, receptive to our questions and adhered to our design decisions / suggestions. Our house turns 100 next year so quirks were to be expected. We were impressed with their ability to problem solve and they made good decisions at every turn. Steel siding is not the cheapest decision but for us it was the absolute right one. We love the new look of our house and so do our neighbors. The first was the installation of steel siding, soffit, and fascia. I had the roof on my house replaced due to hail damage. I was very pleased with the team replacing it. They were courteous, polite and respectful as well as timely, very neat and organized. Everyone worked together well. The work area was very clean and there was no debris scattered about the yard at any time. The crew installing the leaf guards were equally courteous.
